BARDAHL name of this company comes from the name of founder, a chemical engineer Ole Bardal. At the age of 20 he decided to go to America, “land of huge opportunity” to open his business there. By 1929, Ole collected money and opened his own construction company. Due to organizational skills of Bardal experienced during the Great Depression. Fashionable in those days motor racing passion has not been spared and Ole Bardal. Then for the first time he faced the problem of increasing the power and engine life under extreme loads. Ole connected to the solution of this problem and has developed a unique formulation of anti-friction additives in engine oil. “Combat” trials have shown that the intensity of engine parts wear down significantly.
